OWB Holsters
OWB holsters a the preferred holsters of our Military and Law Enforcement due to their quick access to the firearm.
When considering an OWB holster, there are a few things you should think about when requesting this style holster.
First, what is the level of retention you prefer? Level one retention will use a tension screw the can increase or decrease the force required to draw your firearm from the holster. Level two retention also uses a tension screw; however, will also include a "hood" that will cover the rear of the firearms. The hood is easy for the carrier to release with their thumb while performing a normal draw motion; however, if someone other than the carrier attempts to draw your firearm, the "hood" will aid to prevent this from happening.
